How do payments work?
You can either pay in full or place a deposit to reserve your beef and/or pork share.
If you choose the deposit option, the remaining balance will be invoiced on the day of harvest and can be paid online. You will not receive your order until it has been paid in full.
How does the ordering process work?
You are purchasing livestock directly from our farm. Once your animal is ready, it is transported to one of our trusted local processing facilities for harvest, cutting, and packaging.
How long does it take to receive my meat?
On average, delivery takes 2-5 weeks after the animal is delivered to the processor.
Processing times can occasionally run longer. If there is a delay beyond 5 weeks, we will notify you by email or text. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER THE PROCESSING FACILITIES’ PRODUCTION SCHEDULE. This is real food. Not fast food. Sometimes it takes a little longer to receive.

Can I customize how my meat is cut?
Yes, if your order includes a custom cut sheet option. Cut sheets are sent to the butcher on harvest day.
Once livestock is delivered to the processing facility, no changes can be made to your cut selections.
Refunds & Returns Policy
Because customers are purchasing livestock and processing is scheduled specifically for each order, all deposits and payments are non-refundable. Livestock is committed and processor space is reserved on your behalf once your order is placed.
Due to the nature of perishable food products, we do not accept returns and do not issue refunds once your order has been placed.

We deliver up to 300 miles from Richmond, KY
All deliveries within the 300-mile range have a flat rate delivery fee of $75
