We are writing to provide an important update regarding meat orders that were pre-purchased or pre-ordered through K&R Farm and Farm Store.

K&R Farm and Farm Store has unfortunately closed permanently. Due to unforeseen circumstances, K&R Farm and Farm Store will not be able to fulfill the affected orders.

We understand this is disappointing and inconvenient. Customers who paid for orders that will not be fulfilled will receive additional information in the coming weeks regarding the process for making a claim for the return of money paid for those unfulfilled orders.

It is important that customers verify that we have their current contact information. If your mailing address, phone number, email address, or other contact information has changed since placing your order, please notify us so that future information regarding the claim process can be sent to the correct location.

At this time, customers should keep any receipts, invoices, order confirmations, payment records, messages, or other documents relating to their order. Those materials may be needed as part of the claim process.

Please understand that we are working to address this matter in an organized and responsible manner. We are not ignoring the situation, and we are not attempting to avoid our customers. Additional instructions will be provided as soon as the claim process is available.
