A whole beef from us will yield 480 pounds of meat. The current total price is $4500 with a deposit of $1000
A half beef will yield 240 pounds of meat. The current total price is $2250 With a deposit of $500
A quarter of a beef will yield 120 pounds of meat. The current total price is $1125 With a deposit of $250
An eighth of a beef will yield 60 pounds of meat. The current total price is $562.50 With a deposit of $100
Final price for all options: $9.37 per pound
Customers can place a deposit or pay in full UP FRONT. Customers who opt to make a deposit will be billed for the remaining balance on the day we DROP OFF your steer at the processing facility. This is via an online invoice.
Freezer Space Requirements:
Whole Beef - Minimum of 19 cubic feet
Half Beef - Minimum of 10 cubic feet
Quarter Beef - Minimum of 5 cubic feet
Eighth Beef - Minimum of 3 cubic feet ( This option will fit in the freezer compartment of your standard kitchen refrigerator.)
Breakdown: Because we don’t have X-ray vision. We can’t give you an exact amount of each cut that you will receive. We can, however, provide you with the cuts-to-ground-beef ratio.

CUT SHEETS - Customers can fill out a cut sheet for a whole or half beef. Choosing between bone-in and boneless cuts. A quarter and Eighth beef will ALWAYS be the Bone-In Option with no alternatives.)

Our beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 14 days before it is cut and packaged.
This gives the beef time to develop
